We shipped them off to Milan to be photographed a couple of months ago, and we finally got our hands on a couple of copies of the printed magazine last week. There will always be a thrill to seeing your own work in print, perhaps exaggerated in this case by the mystery of not <em>quite <\/em>being able to read the (Italian) article around it.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/dotx3\/4531124591\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-443\" title=\"Iron and Scarf\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mayonissen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/MN-3-2442.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/mayonissen.com\/work\/iron\/\">Ironic Iron<\/a> I created with Dean, Elena, and Gizem is on the crate, with the <a href=\"http:\/\/mayonissen.com\/work\/scarf\/\">Assistive Scarf <\/a> (with Filippo and Li, with lots of help from Laura) is draped over the couch behind it.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-447\" title=\"Iron - Description (Italian)\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mayonissen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/MN-3-24391.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The other CIID projects featured are Linyl (seen below), Comet, and  Toast &amp; Jam, all from the two week course with Massimo Banzi and Daniel Soltis in November 2009.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-444\" title=\"Linyl\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mayonissen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/MN-3-2444.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<p>All of these projects, as far as I know, are also being exhibited at the Salone di Mobile in Milan, although I can&#8217;t tell you where.
