Tangent

I went on a bit of a tangential and time consuming (if educational and interesting) spree of video-talk watching today.
at Google, as part of their Authors@Google series (each approx an hour long):

Seth Godin: “All marketeers are Liars”
Joseph Sieglitz: Nobel prize winning economist on globalisation
 George Soros: “The age of fallability”

and over at TEDtalks:

Iqbal Quadir: GrameenPhone and microcredit in Bangladesh
Ashraf Ghani: Aid and the future of Afghanistan

Pretty much all the other TED talks are worth checking out, and I havent had a chance to explore the other google talks: I kind of picked out out some of the more familiar names.
